In the Spring of 2009 Hip Hop On L.O.C.K. and Urban Youth Action, INC joined forces for a second time to create an amazing partnership with students from the Pittsburgh area. Throughout the 8 week program we were blessed to house talented individuals that took advantage of the outlet of expession.
