In the Summer of 2007 Hip Hop On L.O.C.K. and The Union Project joined forces for the first time to create an amazing partnership with students from the East Liberty area. Throughout the 8 week program we were blessed to house talented individuals that took advantage of the outlet of expession. PGH were one of the two offical pilot programs that helped shape HHOL.
